The black etched wold tsuba showcases Citadel's handmade style and attention to detail. The fuchi and kashira are lightly textured and gentle to the touch. The forged 21\" DNH7 blade feature bo hi to lighten the 5.5mm thick blade.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe 9\" tsuka is wrapped in suede tsuka ito over white same (ray skin). The tsuka is carved to each individual sword ensuring a tight friction fit with a full same-gawa wrap. The menuki are a cloud and moon motif with a crecent moon and full moon on the other. The dark brown saya with a gray mist is lacquered with buffalo horn kurikata and kojiri. Silver and gold menuki contrast against the dark blue tsuka handle wrap overlaid on white same (ray skin).  A blue sageo completes the saya,  accented by buffalo horn kurikata and koiguchi.  The Sea into the mud to continue the cycle of rebirth,  which is so beautifully depicted in our Lotus Seed Daisho set from Dragon King.  Like the lotus blossom the Lotus Seed Wakizashi transitions from various shades of violet from the wrapped cotton ito (handle wrap) to the the gold and purple sageo (cord) on the smooth deep,  dark lacquered saya.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCopper seeds accent the blackened furniture throughout the handle.  The immaculately detailed budding seed pod following the shedding of its pedals centers the entire piece.  Silver dragonfly menuki,  seppa and habiki splash highlights across the 7\"  tsuka.  The 19 3\/8”  forged T10 blade features a midare or irregular hamon (temper)  line much like the path of life with its ups and downs.  The wakizashi completes
